Sales made through our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and we apply the provisions of this law and regulation. Ensuring that the products you return meet the following conditions will help expedite the process:

*You can request a return or exchange by sending your product, labeled, undamaged, and unused, to us via the contact number on our website within 14 days of receiving it. Once the product reaches us, it will be checked, and you will be contacted via your preferred communication channel.

*The return must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, with the original product intact, unused, and undamaged.

*Return requests are not accepted if the product has been used, damaged, its label removed, or otherwise altered.

*If the purchased product is vacuum-packaged, the return must be made within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, with the packaging unopened, undamaged, and the product unused.

*Purchased accessories, swimwear, bikinis, and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to non-compliance with health and hygiene regulations as per consumer rights and distance selling contracts.
According to Article 4 of the Law on Consumer Protection, "Products that are contrary to the characteristics stated in the advertisements and announcements, or that are different in terms of their intended use, are considered defective goods."

*To benefit from the rights mentioned above by reporting a defective product:

If the product's characteristics differ from those stated in its advertisement, or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefit the customer expects from the product, the product falls into the category of defective goods.

The buyer must report the defective product within 30 days.
In the defective product report, the importer of the product determines whether there is a user error with a report. If a user error is determined, the customer cannot benefit from the rights.

*The shipping cost for shipments sent with TT CUSTOM STYLE is covered by us; the cost of the return/exchange shipment is covered by the sender.

EXCHANGE RIGHTS
